We've used Covenant multiple times and they are fantastic. First, you call and get a real person. Amanda is super friendly and helpful! Then they keep you up to date via email and text. A text with some info about the tech coming to your house along with a picture is a great touch. Finally, the techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to share what is happening. The whole experience is 5 star worthy.

We recently had a water/sewer related emergency in our basement that caused a lot of damage and needed to be addressed immediately. Covenant Plumbing responded to our call within an hour or two, corrected the cause of the backup & helped us locate a business that does cleanup & remediation of the damage. Cameron, one of their plumbers (as well as other employees), served as our primary contact & was so very helpful in addressing our problems.Since then we have needed to replace/repair other plumbing fixtures & contacted Covenant Plumbing to do the work. As before, they responded quickly & accommodated the dates we requested work to be done. We asked specifically for Cameron to do the plumbing since he had been so professional & helpful before & we were very happy with the results.We highly recommend Covenant Plumbing & will continue to use them (& to ask for Cameron) for any of our plumbing needs.Betty & Gary Beatty

Found Covenant Plumbing online. Called them for a non-emergency issue and requested a service call at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon for my Mother in law. Scheduled for the following Monday afternoon. Received a text Monday morning asking if ok to come early. Of course. It was a easy fix. Colton and his partner (sorry, didn't catch his name) were great. Shane installed a whole house filter in my basement last Wednesday. On Friday, I saw that there was water under the filter and along the wall. I mistakenly assumed that the filter was leaking. It was the Friday afternoon before Labor Day, and when I called, they said they couldn’t come to check it until Tuesday. I asked if they didn’t have any emergency appointments, and she said, yes, they would get in touch with Shane and send him over. Almost immediately after I hung up, Shane was at my door. He immediately found the source of the problem, and it had nothing to do with his installation. A drain near the place the filter had been installed was plugged, and the water from the air conditioner was backing up. Shane removed the drain cover, got his snake drill, and opened the drain so that the water all went down. He was actually on his way home to leave for a weekend vacation, but he took the time to come and solve my problem, even though it was not caused by him or the filter he installed. Best of all, he did not charge me for this service. What great customer service!

I have used Covenant Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for the last 8 years. Delayne and Lori are very responsive, trust worthy and reasonable. They installed a tankless water heater at my house. The unit itself had issues from the start and after contacting Delayne about the issues, they worked with the manufacturer to get a full unit replacement at no cost to me. I happily recommend Covenant to anyone with plumbing needs.

I don’t think I can say enough good things about my experience with Covenant Plumbing. The person who answered my first call was so upbeat and helpful and was able to schedule service for the next day. WOW! The appointment was originally scheduled within a 3 hour window so I was home in plenty of time. As it turns out one of their technicians was available before my appointment. They contacted me to ask if that was ok and it was. They told me the name of their technician and gave me a little background on this fellow: his name-Shane-years of experience, etc. He arrived shortly after that communication. He was polite and friendly. He put on shoe covers and went right to work. He confirmed the problem was just what I thought it was and quoted a price for my approval before beginning. He made the repair quickly and checked his work. I could not be more pleased. The cost of the repair was reasonable. Shane is just outstanding and he is now my go-to guy for any plumbing issues. Thank you, Shane and thank you Covenant Plumbing!! Too bad I can’t give you more than 5 stars!
