This was my first time using Covenant Plumbing and it was a very good experience. All communication on the phone, by text and in person was friendly and prompt. Darren diagnosed the problem and explained our options. He was very thorough and answered questions completely. Covenant scheduled and completed the work quickly. Toilets had to be replaced and on pulling the toilet Darren found another issue which he corrected at no additional charge. Plumbing work is expensive, but when the work is quality, it is a value in the long run. Thank you for quality work Covenant.

Cameron sorted out a Saturday plumbing disaster faster than I thought possible, and I will absolutely call Covenant again the next time I need a plumber.

We had an early morning upstairs pipe failure on a Saturday, resulting in water flowing into a downstairs bedroom. I called several other unresponsive plumbers before I called Covenant. Less than an hour after I placed the call to Covenant, the problem was all fixed. Even though it was a Saturday call, the cost was less than I expected. I am relieved and grateful.
