Dayton came out even when he had stuff to do outside of work(stayed after work hours)and got us situated to where we can freely use our water and drainage system til we can have them come back out and replace everything! He made sure to clean up any crud that came up and out of drains, wore bags and had bags on all equipment entering and exiting the home and made sure to throughly describe to us what was going on, what he was doing and what steps needed to be taken next. He was fast and precise in his work and even managed to focus on the task at hand with a german shepard barking endlessly. Would 10/10 recommend this company and would recommend Dayton to anyone! He also answered any and all silly questions i had for him all while still getting the work at hand done! So glad we chose Covenant Plumbing to be our first call, we will
only be using them and referring them to any friend, family member or strangers on the internet! Dayton was awesome!
EDIT: Dayton and Drendon did a wonderful job today replacing the cast iron underneath my floor and the basement stack! would recommend them to anyone and the 3rd gentleman that showed up (didnt catch his name) also did a wonderful job! they had shoe bags on through the house, once again answered all my silly questions and made sure to explain everything to me in terms that id understand! i feel like they may have even gone out of their way to go above and beyond for us and did some tidying up of our plumbing mess in the basement! thanks again Covenant Plumbing for sending out some amazing guys to fix our crap(pun intended). Also would like to recommend their comfort club plan as it saves you money AND travels with you if you move and stay within their coverage area!

For day of this appointment, Dayton was my technician and he was courteous, very knowledgeable, and clearly talked through my options (+ pricing). He made some recommendations to help alleviate future issues too, which was so appreciated and I agreed to move forward with. Our house is around 30 years old and things are starting to need professional attention. Darren has been out to us three or four times now. Every time he is great! Very professional, communicates so I can understand what he’s talking about, he is does the work efficiently yet not rushed. Each time he’s been here I ask for quotes of new plumbing projects that are on the horizon- after these regular fixes. He always responds quickly to these crazy ideas of mine as well.

Called for assistance with kitchen sink. Covenant came same day, very prompt. There fixed it, put much in much needed updates. Always explained everything, gave us options. While they were there, we asked about a major pipe in the basement. We figured we would have to schedule another appointment. No, they said they would do it same day! My experience with Covenant has been nothing short of amazing. From the very flexible scheduling to the quality of service when their reps arrive at your door. They are intentional about keeping your house as neat when they leave as when they found it, they always utilize shoe covers to ensure they don’t track something in and they’re always very quick from the moment you open the door to identify who they are and where they’re from. Their communication is extremely clear via text or phone call. Identifying exactly who will be coming out and what time to expect them, with timely updates along the way.
Regarding my last two services, Jordan has been extremely helpful in identifying the most cost-effective way to correct other companies errors and to get them fixed in a way that was both accommodating for our schedule and our budget. Most recently, Jordan squeezed us into his schedule due to the urgency of the repair needed, he prepped at the shop the night before AND the morning of the appt to accommodate our inflexible schedule. That is absolutely unheard of. Additionally, because of his working late and starting early, he was able to execute his detailed plan and reduced his time at our house in half. This was all done just to meet our needs.
Jordan and Covenant ARE ABSOLUTELY the example for all companies in all industries to follow.
Needing plumbing work is rarely a fun situation to be in, however, I have never experienced a situation where they reduce the pain to the extent that Jordan and Covenant did.

Update: had Jordan and Matt come out to set up a waterline for a fridge, during that time they noticed our laundry shut off valves were highly corroded. After giving a quote, I had them do both jobs.

They completely both in no time at all and did excellent work! Seems like you can’t go wrong with any of the plumbers who work for Covenant.

I’ve had Covenant come out a couple times now to do some plumbing around the house. Every time I call the office, someone answers cheerfully and is willing to help out in anyway they can. This alone is rare nowadays.

When the work was being done, we had two different plumbers for each job and both were excellent in communication and very professional.

He explained thoroughly all of the recommendations and estimates. He returned today, along with Matt to do the work that we agreed upon. I barely knew they were in the house!
