Dayton and another professional whose name I unfortunately cannot recall came out and advised further on my situation, quickly and carefully resolved it, and followed up with good guidance. Booked on Monday and they sent someone out on Tuesday who was able to fix the problem I booked for which was with a toilet, he was also able to fix an issue with the shower faucet during the same appointment without me having to reschedule. I had a plumbing issue and I called covenant plumbing’s office. They were able to get me on the schedule same day. They sent Dayton and Hunter. And they were really efficient and proficient. Their van literally has everything to do the job in the best way. I really like the way of their approach for problem solving and diagnosing the issue. They were super quick in identifying the issue. They gave me an estimate to permanently fix the problem and came back and finished the job. It was an excellent experience overall.

I had no prior knowledge of Covenant Plumbing but when the gas company shut off my gas due to a leak detected in the main line, I called Covenant and they sent Cameron out within 30 minutes. He replaced the pipes and had everything completed in less than 2 hours. Cameron answered all my questions and made sure the furnace and appliances were working once the gas was turned back on.He did a great job on this snowy, freezing day.Thank you Covenant and Cameron!

8am found out my hose had been turned on, froze and burst. 9am discovered the pipe connected to the spigot had failed. 9:07am called Covenant for help. 10am they sent Cameron and his assistant over. 10:20am everything was fixed and the water was back on. Amazing service!!! Definitely working with them again.
