Duties & Responsibilities

Day to Day Activity Highlights:

  • Complete Assigned Service calls
  • Use iPads for invoicing, PO’s and Payments
  • Coordinate with dispatch on jobs
  • Daily training
  • Supportive, On-site Management Team

Requirements

Job Requirement for Licensed Plumber:

  • At least 3 years as an Apprentice Plumber (State of IL license or equivalent)
  • Plumbing experience – Service and/or New Construction
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Personable and Professional

Compensation:

  • Opportunity to earn between $60,000 – $120,000 per year with base pay & commission.
  • Spiffs
  • Sign on bonus based on Licensing and Experience

Colton was my service technician. He arrived exactly on time for the scheduled appointment and had a very pleasant personality. He asked to see the plumbing issue I originally contracted Covenant to fix - he immediately observed the problem and provided several avenues to repair the problem. Additionally, Colton inquired if I had other plumbing issues - and I did. I showed him a whole house filter located in the basement that I wanted removed. He provided me with a reasonable quote and I let him go to work. He quickly identified that one of the problems we were having with the master bath shower was a result of it not being installed correctly when the home was built 10 years ago. So in addition to replacing the shower faucet cartridge he also corrected the plumbing issue on the shower head. Next, he removed the filter in the basement (the size of a small water heater), modifying the pipes around it and then carried it out to his van to dispose of it at Covenant’s facility. I also had several questions about plumbing in my Florida home and Colton shared a website that sells exactly what I was looking for. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, price and cleanliness of Covenant’s service. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
