I have had excellent service from Covenant Plumbing. I have a 30+ year old home in an area of the country with awful water (17+ hardness, tannins, etc.). My previous softener failed and I have neglected to address the matter, resulting in stained fixtures, scale buildup and all things disgusting. Covent send Jordan, and two co workers, who provided the initial service of replacing a leaky toilet. The cost of the toilet and installation made me twitch a bit, but knowing it would be done that day, and it was I high quality toilet, helped. Covenant had provided a free home inspection so I had them test the water in anticipation of a new water system. I had asked them about the results of the findings— Jordan offered to go over the results and look at options. He said if I was ready they could install it that day. The cost of the system made me shake a bit, but it was similar to other systems I had researched and been quoted by from other plumbing companies. We agreed to do the work, wrapped up the paperwork and the system was installed (softener, tannin unit, whole house filtration) within a day and a half. While the team completed that project an mentioned I had a leaking tub (which they were aware of from the inspection) and heck, since you’re here anyway…could they take a look. They ended up replacing the shower head; spout, handle, and drain, not for ONE, but for TWO old tubs. This entailed the team sitting down with me and patiently helping me select fixtures, providing pricing, and explaining all the nuances of fixtures. Who knew?!! It was fun to work with people who were genuinely excited about the products they were selling. The job to replace the master bath tub fixtures was not without struggle and complications. Then, as the gentleman were getting ready to leave they checked the drain one more time, to make sure it wasn’t leaking. It was. Just a bit, but it was. Any other plumber could have walked away and the homeowner would not have found out for a while but they looked at each other and simply agreed to start over since they could not figure out why it was leaking! They wanted to ensure I was a satisfied customer and more importantly, to them it was about doing the right thing in providing honest, and quality work while providing excellent service. I must also mention this all occurred on a late Friday afternoon. The call of the weekend did not diminish the quality of work- they would finish when the job was done right.
So, thanks to Jordan and his two partners (I am embarrassed I can’t recall their names) who were all knowledgeable, honest, and kind, and talented in their trade.
Also!!! They put those blue slipper’s on every single time they came into the house. I could tell it was simple a habit- someone trained those young men good!!! Thanks Covenant:)

I called today and talked to Amanda for a quote in replacing my old sump pump. She sent their tech Jordan to my house right away with his photo and little description about him. Jordan came to my place with good smile and introduced himself. He went ahead and looked into my sump pit. Dayton came out even when he had stuff to do outside of work(stayed after work hours)and got us situated to where we can freely use our water and drainage system til we can have them come back out and replace everything! He made sure to clean up any crud that came up and out of drains, wore bags and had bags on all equipment entering and exiting the home and made sure to throughly describe to us what was going on, what he was doing and what steps needed to be taken next. He was fast and precise in his work and even managed to focus on the task at hand with a german shepard barking endlessly. Would 10/10 recommend this company and would recommend Dayton to anyone! He also answered any and all silly questions i had for him all while still getting the work at hand done! So glad we chose Covenant Plumbing to be our first call, we will
only be using them and referring them to any friend, family member or strangers on the internet! Dayton was awesome!
EDIT: Dayton and Drendon did a wonderful job today replacing the cast iron underneath my floor and the basement stack! would recommend them to anyone and the 3rd gentleman that showed up (didnt catch his name) also did a wonderful job! they had shoe bags on through the house, once again answered all my silly questions and made sure to explain everything to me in terms that id understand! i feel like they may have even gone out of their way to go above and beyond for us and did some tidying up of our plumbing mess in the basement! thanks again Covenant Plumbing for sending out some amazing guys to fix our crap(pun intended). Also would like to recommend their comfort club plan as it saves you money AND travels with you if you move and stay within their coverage area!
