At Covenant Plumbing, we are committed to supporting our community. This Christmas season, we’re offering a $500 Wal-Mart shopping trip to a local family in need, helping them purchase gifts or essential holiday items. To qualify, the family must have children or members with specific needs that make holiday shopping and celebrations challenging. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference for those who might otherwise go without, spreading joy and hope during this special time of year.

Contest ends Dec 7, 2024 and winner will be announced Dec 9, 2024.

Fill out the form to nominate a family in need. The selected family should be facing financial challenges that impact their ability to prepare for Christmas. Eligible families may include those experiencing recent financial hardships, single-parent households, or families living on a limited income. Families must live within our service area.

Presents with Plumbers Contest Rules & Stipulations:
1. Eligibility
   – Nominees must reside in Bloomington, IL, or the surrounding area. Only residents from within this area will be considered.
   – The nominee family should be facing financial challenges that impact their ability to prepare for the holiday season.
2. Nomination Process
   – Nominations must be submitted via the form on this landing page.
   – Each nomination should include a brief description of why the family deserves this gift. Specific stories or examples are encouraged.
   – Self-nominations are permitted, and you may nominate another family with their permission.
3. Submission Deadline
   – All nominations must be submitted by December 7, 2024. Nominations submitted after this date will not be considered.
4. Selection Process
   – The winner will be chosen by the Covenant Plumbing team based on the information provided in the nomination.
   – Selections will be based on financial need, community engagement, impact on the family, and alignment with Covenant Plumbing’s values.
   – The decision of the Covenant Plumbing team is final.
5. Prize Details
   – The selected family will receive a $500 Walmart gift card to use on a shopping trip with team members from Covenant Plumbing. 
   – The gift card may be used for holiday essentials such as groceries, gifts, and decorations.
6. Privacy and Consent
   – By submitting a nomination, nominators agree that Covenant Plumbing may share general details of the selected family’s story on social media and in marketing materials (no full names or specific identifying details will be shared without permission).
   – The selected family may be asked for a photo or testimonial to be used for promotional purposes, but participation is optional and at their discretion.
7. Announcement of Winner
   – The winner of *Presents with Plumbers* will be announced on Monday, December 9th. The selected family will be contacted directly before any public announcements.  Date for shopping trip will be established when family is contacted. 
 8. No Purchase Necessary
   – This contest is open to the community, and no purchase from Covenant Plumbing is required to participate or nominate.
9. Limitations
   – Covenant Plumbing reserves the right to adjust or modify the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.
   – If, for any reason, the selected family is unable to accept the prize, an alternate family may be chosen.

Same day service for clogged main sewer line. Provided camera look at sewer line. While running the camera broke loose the clot. Gave me several options to fix the roots. I chose the cheaper one and after implementing they ran the camera again so I could see the results. We tried everything but the washer, when we found there was a problem with the washer line. They came back same day and made it right. I also bought a yearly cleaning to prevent this from happening again. I would recommend them to others.

We a positive experience with Covenant Plumbing. Our hot water heater went out after hours. I called Covenant's 24 hour hot line and made an appointment. Promptly the next morning, Cameron and Christopher arrived at our home. In a short period of time, they provided me with the information required to remedy the situation. The same day they installed a tank less water heater and we had hot water the same day! Cameron and Christopher were very respectful of our property and extremely great to work with. Professional, communicative, and thorough. We had a basement drain/sewer clog caused by roots imm the pipe leading to the street sewer. Ended up at around a $3k job.My only complaint is that as the job progressed, it would of been nice to see some of the smaller charges here and there waved as their profit margins increased with the size of the job.

I had called in and spoke with Amanda who did a great job of documenting all of our problems. For each job we received a quote for our approval. Everyone we have had contact with has been so friendly. A few months ago Jordan installed a sump pump for us. Today he installed a toilet and a whole house shut off valve. He always explained to us what he was doing. Will be contacting again for other plumbing projects.

Dayton and his co-worker were very professional and helpful and answered all my many questions patiently. They offered a couple of options to resolving the problem, and this was able to save me money. They also gave me suggestions for preventing a recurrence, which I appreciated. We've used Covenant multiple times and they are fantastic. First, you call and get a real person. Amanda is super friendly and helpful! Then they keep you up to date via email and text. A text with some info about the tech coming to your house along with a picture is a great touch. Finally, the techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to share what is happening. We recently had a water/sewer related emergency in our basement that caused a lot of damage and needed to be addressed immediately. Covenant Plumbing responded to our call within an hour or two, corrected the cause of the backup & helped us locate a business that does cleanup & remediation of the damage. Cameron, one of their plumbers (as well as other employees), served as our primary contact & was so very helpful in addressing our problems.Since then we have needed to replace/repair other plumbing fixtures & contacted Covenant Plumbing to do the work. As before, they responded quickly & accommodated the dates we requested work to be done. Found Covenant Plumbing online. Called them for a non-emergency issue and requested a service call at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon for my Mother in law. Scheduled for the following Monday afternoon. Received a text Monday morning asking if ok to come early. Of course. It was a easy fix. Colton and his partner (sorry, didn't catch his name) were great.
