So very very happy.

Our water heater burst on a Friday. We purchased a new one and planned for an install through the store's contracted company. On the following Tuesday, we hadn't heard from the company so we decided to look for our own. I found Covenant Plumbing and spoke with Lori. She is a doll. I want to be best friends with her. She listened to me complain about the other company and did her best to squeeze us in for a same-day appointment so we didn't go another day without hot water. They called 10 minutes ahead and showed up at the time we were told. It's a beautiful thing when a company values its customers. Shane was very professional, worked quite quickly and he was in and out in just over an hour! It's so amazing how fast he did remove our old water heater and replaced it. After he was finished, he made sure we knew how everything went and how the new heater works, just in case we didn't know. Shane explained what he did and took payment before he left. We have hot water! So very very happy.

I had the water heater plus several small plumbing items to be checked. DeLayne checked everything out and gave a fair and honest diagnosis of repairs needed. I expected to have to replace the water heater, but he said it was not needed. He could have easily sold me a new water heater! Love it when you get an honest service repairman! Hard to come by these days!

I had a faulty water heater and they offered me two viable options. Turned out it was better to replace. They completed the work very efficiently and promptly. I've had them to the house twice and their work is excellent, and they actually get things scheduled quickly which is different than many contractors. They are one of the good ones and are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation

The service is excellent!! Had a broken water heater replaced, a pipe under the sink that had a broken value fixed and a waterline installed to a garage faucet, all in the same year. Would not call anyone else, they are professional, quick and do quality work.

I highly recommend Covenant Plumbing. I had never had to call a plumber before and called probably six or seven other plumbers. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and sweet. I explained what was going on and asked if she could give me a general quote and she did! That was like pulling teeth everywhere else. She was great! As was the plumber who came out (her husband). He told me what he was doing every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and honest and gave me a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling them again.

Needed a few non-emergency, plumbing fixes at a rental property. I left a message on Sunday, got a response on Monday morning and the jobs were done by Monday afternoon. I like that I can pay on-site with a credit card and the invoice email immediately, so I can file it right away. Timely, professional and convenient. I will choose Covenant again in the future.

We cannot speak highly enough or be more grateful to Covenant Plumbing. My family of 8 was without hot water for 5 days trying to get another plumber. I ran into so much trouble trying to find someone to help quickly. I tried Covenant Plumbing not only did they get me on the same day, but they also charged me less than the plumber who never actually made it to my house would have. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a recirculating pump installed and during the process, Delayne found 2 pinhole leaks in my water pipes. He also installed a new sump pump when mine quit during heavy rain leaving 3 inches of water in the basement. They are my first call in an emergency or for any plumbing issues.

I hired Covenant Plumbing to install all the plumbing in my new log home. I told the owner that I was a "water snob" and was concerned that I would be running off of well water.
